Bernice J. Williams, age 89, of Forest City, NC, died Monday, February 13, 2012, at the Hospice House of Rutherford County. She was a native of Columbia County Georgia and was the daughter of the late B.D. and Isabella Arrowood Williams. Bernice retired as a High School English Teacher and was an accomplished artist. She was a member of Alexander Baptist Church, She was preceded in death by sisters Iva Williams, Faye Williams Washburn, Cleo Williams and Nell Williams and a brother Starr Williams. She is survived by

Three Sisters:
Frances Sheppard of Bostic
Hazel W. Shires of Forest City,
Dorothy W. Briscoe and husband Jack of Forest City,

One Brother:
Paul D. Williams and wife Wanda of Raleigh, NC

Twelve Nieces and Nephews and many grandnieces and grandnephews.

A graveside service will be at Eternal Hills Memorial Park at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 15, 2012 with the Rev. Don Hollifield officiating.
