Dear Family, I am so sorry for your loss. My memories of Dr. Rogers are of a kind and gentle man, with the sweetest smile. I have thought of Carole and the rest of the family often this summer and pray that God give you peace in this time of loss. He will be missed.

Dear Family,

Dr. Rogers was one of the first people I met on my first day of playing with the Symphony of Rutherford County seven years ago. My piano was right behind him. He was such a kind, sweet, and gentle soul who eased my nervousness and from that day on our friendship grew. We talked about his mission trips, his relationship to God, and his love of music. I only got to see him for a couple of hours a week, but he truly was an inspiration to all of us and he will be greatly missed.

God bless you Miss Helen and I pray for your heart. Through a complete stranger at my place of work today, in FL, I heard of Hobart's passing. You both have been in my thoughts and my heart for many years. I'm truly sorry for your loss. He was amazing. I looked up to him and respected him more than he will ever know. Thank you for being his rock. He had such a gift in you. God bless you.

I was so sorry to hear that Hobe Rogers has passed. Condolences to my childhood friends, The Rogers Family. We shared many good times and many good memories, both in church and on the farm. My heart is with you all in this time of sorrow. Best wishes to you all as you move forward. Sandi L.

I am heart broken this wonderful man has left us so soon. I had the honor of working with Dr. Rogers in the operating room in the early 90's and throughout the years in various places. I will never forget his gentle and kind ways and most of all his wonderful spirit toward the human race. I will miss you Dr. Rogers!

I worked on second north at Rutherford Hospital and took care of Dr. Rogers patients. He was always kind and compassionate to his patients and staff. His love for Jesus was always evident in his every day life. He was our ladies hospital soft ball coach for many years and led us well. We needed some help and he brought in his daughter Susan, as our power house hitter and left fielder. Sweet memories! I moved to the operating room

Dr. Rogers was wonderful to our community and his interests stretched far.beyond the medical field. Usually our conversations went to travels, farming and love of farming... he was so easy to talk with and enjoyed living and making life a little more interesting.

Dr. Rogers was always respectful and interested in whatever the conversation happened to be. He wanted the very best for all of those around him. I remember well the retirement party we had for him and how much

Some years ago, my wife Beula, daughter Rachel and l visited Hobe and Helen, saw the farm, met Hobe's dad and son David, and were blessed by their warm hospitality. Sitting out on the back porch sharing stories and then following Hobe as he proudly led us around his little piece of heaven, we were touched by the loving heart of this talented man of God who was so willing to share and be a blessing to others. We were
